went to interview today, i never expected it’d be that fast o.O. this morning 9 something, when i woke up i just went online, then got new mail from jobstreet.com, recommended 2 jobs for me, so just applied one. pegasus advertising sdn bhd, hiring intership for 2 months, payment 1.3 - 1.8k.

1.3 - 1.8k wor, of course apply la right?? internship already can get that range, wonder how much it could go if performance is good and get promoted and all.. ^^ i wasn’t fully awake from last night dream yet~ the other one i did n’t apply, yet, cause no photo, what’s more the position is marketing officer, kinda too far for me.
within an hour, i got a call (the lady’s voice was pretty sweet and soft indeed, must be very soothing if you want her to sing for you on your period moment ^^), pegasus called, and they wanted me to go interview at 2pm. i was stunned. i never expected they’d call within 1 hour after clicking “apply” button.
so, i went for the interview. i was like… o.O” when i saw the office. it’s located at one of the shop lots at bangsar, and it looked uhm… cip?? i was wondering whether it’s a black company.
so, tomorrow, 930 - 630pm, i gotta go there for orientation. orientation o_O”?? that’s a singapore event company, and the interviewer just said tomorrow gotta gather at the office then go to other place for orientation, to know how they run the event and all… but there won’t be any payment tomorrow, cause it’s just an orientation, until you’ve been selected and are asked for second interview, then only you’ll start working and get payment, and we’re yet to know where to go tomorrow. they said have to meet at office first then only will be informed where to go. hugh?? got such thing one orh~?!
gee… should i go or not then tomorrow?? i scared they’ll sell me neh~~

hi I’m lisa…i also had apply to pegasus advertising on 17 march…just one day after that, they asked me to interview on 21 march (yesterday)… so yesterday i went there wif my expectation it was good company…but when i arrived there….i was surprised cuz the office like what u said…”a lot of the shop lots” n without name company…
i also had interview wif one girl name sharlene…1st time i tot she was just secretary…but i was shocked when she asked me to came one room n suddenly she interviewed me.
she asked me to come on monday 9.30-6pm for 2nd interview n go to other place to know more bout the company activities n she not gave me info where I’ll go on monday. she will give the info after i come to the office…now after i had read ur story…i feel the same like u feel…i’m confusing weather i go or not? i’m afraid it’s a black company…
btw did u went back to that company on the other day??plz let me know….thx

well, i think i’m not suppose to post this on my blog but… who cares~~
i did go back for 2nd interview that day, and to my surprise, it’s not really a company that runs events roadshows and stuff, it’s a sales company actually, which is what i hate most. they’re doing a sale on a perfume called PV Collection, a well known brand in europe (whatever, but i think you would have thought the same like i did if you really see the perfume and know the price~~), and if you get into the company, this is what you’re gonna do:
go to shopping malls, sales your product shop by shop. in other words, today the first place to aim would be midv, then you gotta take the perfume and free gift, walk to esprit, promote and sell your perfume, then go to next door, timberland, do the same thing, keep on going until you finish almost all the shops in midv, then go to next malls again.
of course you’re not alone, you’ll have PARTNERS~~ working along with you…
i hate sales, that’s why i didn’t back to work the next day. oh yeah, it’s a 6 days week. from morning 9 till evening 5 or 6.

haha really?? OMG thx u give me info …now i know more bout this company….so i can take conclusion from ur experience that this company is FAKE….absolutely this job not like what i expected….hehe

Actually today 2pm i also having an interview with Pegasus company,but because last time I also went for a fake company training ,but it is also something related to sales or even worse.So before I go out ,I just check out the more information I could get on internet.Fortunately, I found your blog..I think i can save my time and money,but can I know actually what position are you applied last time??!!

the position I applied us Advertising trainee, do you think it will be different to your job description??the company really not related to any event or roadshow at all??
